Dr. Michelle Rodrigues is a fellow of the Australasian College of Dermatologists. She completed her Bachelor of Medicine and Bachelor of Surgery degree at Monash University in Melbourne with honors and completed her postgraduate dermatology training in Melbourne, Australia. She was awarded the Founder’s Medal for Procedural Dermatology for her performance in the procedural dermatology fellowship exams and later received the Florence Bequest and the Paul Boyce Award from the Australasian College of Dermatologists and the Skin and Cancer Foundation respectively.
She has worked with dermatologists in world renowned centers of excellence for skin of colour and pigment disorders including the Skin of Color Center New York, the University of Texas Southwestern Medical Center, the National Skin Center Singapore, the Postgraduate Institute of Medical Education and Research Chandigarh, India and Ghent University in Belgium.
Dr. Rodrigues balances her work in private practice with consultant dermatology positions at two tertiary referral public hospitals in Melbourne - the Royal Children’s and St. Vincent’s Hospitals. She enjoys continued involvement in the Vitiligo Association of Australia, Victorian Faculty of the Australasian College of Dermatologists and the Australian Medical Association.
